Non-Resident Refuse & Recycling Yard Permit

Please fill out the form below to obtain a permit for use of the Refuse and Recycling Yard.  This permit may only be obtained by property owners that do not reside in Greendale, but own a 1-3 residential family unit property in Greendale.  You are required to show a photo identification and proof of ownership (usually a property tax bill) and complete payment prior to visiting the Yard.
